Terms: After you complete your booking, you will receive an email to schedule a free 15-minute introductory call. During this call, we’ll confirm your appointment preferences and provide instructions for paying the remaining balance. Full payment must be completed at least 24 hours before your first official session. Please note: the date you select during booking is considered a preference and does not guarantee your final appointment slot. All bookings are non-refundable. We strongly recommend scheduling your free 15-minute introductory call before purchasing this service to ensure it’s the right fit for you. Customers can reschedule their session free of charge if they notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund. No-Show Policy: If a customer does not attend the session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable.
