Customers can reschedule their session free of charge if they notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund. No-Show Policy: If a customer does not attend the session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable.
